An Apulia cooking program in a stone farm at the foot of the Castel del Monte
Just under the castle, in a stunning setting with goats and ancient ruins, you will improve your cookery ability, working at a full Apulia menu with handmade pasta (orecchiette and panzerotti) or focaccia barese.

The program:
- 9.30: Arrival at the Agriturismo Masseria Sei Carri and welcome to the clients
- 10.00: Starting 3 hours cooking class.
- 13.00: Lunch in the monumental dining room with food they have personally cooked.
Cooking lessons can be held also from 16.00 to 20.00, 7 days per week all year around.
An interpreter / hostess will assist guests during the cooking lesson and will serve lunch at the end of the class.
