An Apulia cooking program in a stone farm at the foot of the Castel del Monte
Just under the castle, in a stunning setting with goats and ancient ruins, you will improve your cookery ability, working at a full Apulia menu with handmade pasta (orecchiette and panzerotti) or focaccia barese.
The program:
- 09:00 Arrival at the Agriturismo Masseria Sei Carri and welcome small aperitif
- 10:00 Three hours cooking class
- 13:00 Lunch in the monumental dining room with food you've made
Cooking lessons can be held also from 16:00 to 20:00, 7 days per week all year around.
An interpreter/hostess will assist guests during the cooking lesson and will serve lunch at the end of the class.
