A cooking experience with a chef of the Amalfi Coast
You will work under the direction of the chef Fiore at his restaurant Le Bontà del Capo, preparing an excellent local menu with him.

The program:
- 10:00 Chef Fiore will meet you at your arrival at the restaurant, welcome drink, short visit of the location, and then you will go to the kitchen for a brief introduction to start baking the bread, then prepare the dough for the famous Scialatelli. You will prepare the sauces with seafood, or with vegetables, for those who do not loves the fish, then you will prepare a second dish, a nice fish in the salt, and a cake, a nice tiramisu, and finally you will prepare your own limoncello. At the same time they will be able to assist my staff, who will be engaged in the preparation of daily routine.
- 12:30 You will sit on the terrace, where you can enjoy everything you prepared, from the Scialatelli to the lemon liquor, accompanied by an appropriate local wine, water and coffee. At the end you will receive a cookery certificate, issued directly by the chef Fiore.
Half day program (10:00 – 15:00) includes: welcome drink, cooking program, lunch with wine and preparation of limoncello.
