Cooking class at Capannelle, with Duccio Prussi

The program:
Enjoy a cooking class that will teach you all the basics that are required for preparing traditional recipes: it is the perfect way of learning to cook great food while discovering the regional culture and cuisine.
Our expert private chef Duccio Prussi will give you a hands on cooking experience and help you to discover the techniques involved in preparing anything from appetizers to the varieties of traditional desserts.
Based on the availability of the ingredients, recipes will vary according to the season.
After the Cooking Class, you will visit the cellar and you will have lunch in the farmhouse. All the dishes that you prepare will be matched with 3 Capannelle wines (Chardonnay IGT, Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG and Solare IGT).
The program does not include private transfer. We can offer private transfer from Florence, Siena or other location in the area with a small surcharge
