Tuscan Cooking private lessons with dinner
In Florence or at your location.
Our chef for this program is an expert Italian cook with extensive experience. She offers an introduction to preparing-and eating-traditional dishes along with the appropriate wines. Classes may be scheduled for any date with a two-day advance notice, and are conducted in your native language. Lessons begin at 16:00. After assisting in the preparation of dishes, you sit at a table and at 18:30/19:00 you have dinner, enjoying your creations with the correct wines. We are able to arrange the lessons also in the morning beginning at 10:30am. You have lunch at 12:30/13:00.

The location for our private cooking lessons is in Piazza D'Azeglio 20 in Florence, a few meters from S. Croce Cathedral and the Ancient Food Market of S. Ambrogio.

A TUSCAN DINNER FOR FRIENDS
- Pappa al pomodoro or Panzanella (depending on the season)
- Tagliata di pollo all’aceto balsamico (chicken with balsamic vinegar)
- Seasonable vegetable side dish
- Panna cotta with sauce

HAND-MADE PASTA
- Pasta fatta in casa: preparation of different kinds of pasta with and without eggs, cutting by hand and machine (spaghetti, taglierini, fettuccine, tagliatelle, etc.)
- Three typical Tuscan sauces: carrettiera, mushroom sauce *, and pesto
- Mousse al ciccolato

A supplement is charged for programs at your location.
During your dinner we serve good quality Tuscan wines, included in the price. If you want some special bottles, please, write us and let us know which are your preferred bottles. You will find them on your table with a supplement.
