Our family produces sweet traditional Italian specialties since 1932 and after four generations we still have the same passion in creating authentic and handmade products.
Our history starts among the green hills of Tuscany back in 1932 when my grandfather Mario Vannini who set up the baker’s shop, used to deliver the bread driving a carriage. Trough the decades we have been able to preserve the original quality of our home-made bread and to keep this tradition alive, along with its lovable florentine character. Old recipes meet the creativity of our times and ancient perfumes follow us through the memories of our childhood. The hands expertly blend the unique ingredients to give shape to our passions.
Among medieval towers, smooth landscapes and genuine food, our products will accompany you whit their special taste and will delight your senses for the entire day.
Our laboratory is located in Calenzano, a village just outside Florence green hills and medieval towers.
The Vannini bakery has specialized with time in the preparation of classic and innovative Tuscan cantuccini such as figs, chocolate, hazelnuts, spices, tea and breakfast biscuits, crackers with Mediterranean flavors.
