Culinary experience in Montepulciano
An interesting culinary experience in a farm on the Montepulciano hills

The program:
- 9:30 Departure by private car or minivan with English speaking driver from your location
- 11:30 Arrival at the Agriturismo Le Stringaie, Cooking lesson and Lunch with wine – 3 hours in total.
You begin by making a type of homemade pasta (pici, tagliatelle, pappardelle, gnocchi or ravioli) with a special sauce. The sauces offered are generally: Aglione or Carbonara or Amatriciana or simply butter and onion.
Then continue making a dessert (custard with strawberries or mantovana or yogurt cake) and going to the vegetable garden, to pick vegetables, all that is used in the cooking classes is produced in our farm, from fruit to eggs. The flours are from Orcia valley.
We cook the seasonal vegetables, the pasta and we have lunch.
During the dinner we serve a bottle of wine, water, coffee, amaro.
