9:00 Departure from your hotel by private Mercedes car or van and English speaking guid
10.00 Guided tasting at delicatessen Pochettino in Bra to taste a famous cooked and artisanal salami
10.30 Guided visit to the artisan butcher Scaglia in Bra
11.00 Guided visit and guided tasting to Giolito Cheese (famous for cheese collection and aging the Bra dop cheese visit the cheese museum and tasting)
13:00 Lunch at Restaurant Battaglino in Bra with a Piedmont menu and local wine15.00 Guided visit and tasting for chocolate specialties at the chocolate laboratory in Cherasco
16:30 Last visit in Alba to the Alta Langa Agricola to visit the azelnut laboratory and to taste the nut cakes
18:00 You are back to your hote
