Cooking lesson at Castelli Romani
A cooking experience in a bio farm on the Romani hills, producing oil and wine

The program:
- 9:30 Departure from your location in Rome by private car or van with driver
- 10:30 Arrival in Frascati, guided visit to the farm and the cellar, wine and oil tasting with a selection of local salami and cheese
- 11:00 Under the direction of the English speaking farm chef, the participants work at a menu with two fresh pasta types and a dessert
- 13:00 Lunch with the products of their work and the wines of the farm
- 16:00 You are back to your location
Day program (09:30 -16:00) includes: private air-conditioned minivan, chef in English language, guided visit to the farm with oil, wine and local snacks, cooking program and lunch with wine.
