Fabio Campetti, your chef for this program, is a passionate cook who has devoted his attention to fish of the coast of Tuscany and to the local food movement. He offers an introduction to prepare and eat appetizing and digestible dishes with local, seasonal and fresh ingredients.

The program:
Lessons begin at 16:00, after participating in the preparation of dishes, you sit at a table and at 18:30/19:00 you have dinner, enjoying your creations with the correct wines. We are able to arrange the lessons also in the morning beginning at 10:30am and lunch at 12:30/13:00.
The location for our private cooking lessons is in Piazza D'Azeglio 20 in Florence, a few meters from the Ancient Food Market of S. Ambrogio.

During your dinner we serve good quality Tuscan wines, included in the price. If you want some special bottles, please, ask us.
