Chestnut honey

Monofloral honey that we produce in July, when chestnut blossoms present on our high hills. It is a liquid honey with a dark amber color, with an intense aroma and a bitter and persistent taste. Its strong taste makes it ideal for garnishing dried fruit pies or paired with aged cheeses
