Gelato making class
The real Italian gelato famous for its intense flavor and seasonal fresh ingredients, in a spacious and comfortable kitchen at via Mameli, in the heart of Trastevere neighborhood.

The program:
Carlo is a pastry chef with long experience also in the catering field, passionate about food quality and organic products. He works as a chef for the employees of the American Academy in Rome and often runs cooking classes for students and tourists.
Carlo will make this class with an assistant as he speaks little English.
We will learn how to make three different flavors: chocolate, vanilla and seasonal fruits. We will also make and cook langues de chat (delicate buttery cookies made with a cookie press or pastry bag) and other kinds of biscuits which are often served with ice creams. At the end of the class you will enjoy your delicious gelato!
The program (10:00 – 13:00 or 15:00 – 18:00) includes: 3 hours of lesson, a pastry chef, an English-speaking assistant, tasting of your handmade ice-cream.
