Trionfale
A typical roman market

The program:
- 10:00 Your English-speaking guide is going to meet you at your Hotel. Departure from your hotel to reach the Trionfale with taxi (to be paid by the client).
- 10:30 – 13:00 Nearby the Vatican walls and S. Peter’s Basilica, the modern residential districts of Prati and Trionfale keep some ideal places to face roman culinary tradition.
The district is not only filled with typical food shops of top quality but the biggest covered market in Rome has recently reopened here. This is a spot where you can experience a direct contact with the locals buying groceries to cook their meals as well as a varied offer of street food that we are going to taste together. This tour is also available for vegetarians.
Duration: 3 hours
What you eat and drink: roman pizza; tasting of roman/italian cheeses; tasting of roman salumi; porchetta; Glass of italian wine or italian handicraft beer; gelato; coffee or cappuccino.
Half day program (10:00-13:00) includes: English-speaking guide, visit with tastings.
