At the top of Bagno a Ripoli hills, at the foot of a beautiful forest of Oaks, lives Giulio the Truffle Hunter, the ltalian, pioneer of Food Experiences since 1999. Just 20 minutes by taxi from our hotel you can spend “A Day in the Life of Giulio the Truffle Hunter”, finally discovering all the secrets of truffles. This experience will help you better understand the history and traditions of truffles in Italy and Tuscany.

The program:

- 9:30 Departure from your location by private Mercedes car or van with English-speaking driver
- 10:00 You meet Giulio, your truffle hunter, at his home on the hills over Bagno a Ripoli, truffle hunting with him
- 13:00 Truffle appetizer and lunch with a homemade pasta dish and sauce butter parmesan cheese and seasonal truffle flakes. Dessert: house tiramisu. Red wine: Bolgheri
- 15:00 You are back to your hotel
Truffles found together with clients will be a free gift for them.
Half day trip (09:30-15:00) includes: private air-conditioned Mercedes car or van with English-speaking driver, English-speaking truffle hunter, truffle hunting, tasting and lunch.
In the summer period, truffle hunting should start at 9:00 a.m. to prevent the heat from disturbing the dogs’ search, so the start of the tour should be earlier.
