The program:
- 9:30 Departure by private Mercedes car or van with English-speaking driver
- 10:30 Visit the oil farm Azienda Terre di Ritillini and oil tasting
- 12:30 Lunch at the farm with a menu based on local oil
- 15:30 Visit to the oasis of Vendicari and old tuna fishery
- 18:30 Yous are back to your location
