- 10:30 A first panettone tasting at Pastry Marchesi
- 11:00 The best town pastry laboratories: Pastry Martesana and Pastry Bastianello
- 12:30 Sweet buffet lunch with local specialties at Pastry Cucchi Coffee Bar
- 15:00 Guided visit to Pastry Giacomo with tasting
- 17:00 You are back to your hotel
Day guided walking (10:00-17:00) includes: English-speaking guide, panettone and other cakes tasting and sweet lunch.
