• 10:00 Guided tour of the Conti Zecca winery: illustration of the transformation process from grapes to wine, guided tour of the wine-making premises, guided tasting of wines and lunch with typical local products
• 12:00 Transfer to Lecce
• 12.45 Guided tour of Lecce with tasting of Negroamaro wine and Lecce pasticciotto
• 18:30 You are back to your hotel
