The program:
- 9:30 Departure by private Mercedes car or van and English-speaking driver
- 10:30 Visit the oil farm Azienda olearia Schirinzi and oil tasting
- 11:30 Visit to Salice Salentino
- 13:00 Lunch at Trattoria Canape in Salice with a menu based on local oil
- 15:30 Visit to the oil farm and mill at Azienda agricola Casilli, oil and local food specialties tasting
- 18:30 The clients are back to their location
Day trip (09:30-18:30) includes: private air-conditioned Mercedes car or van, English-speaking driver, lunch and oil tasting in two farms.
Simon, CanadaWe did the Barolo tour in March 2023. Driver Toni and guide Maria were really wonderful. They were on schedule and knowledgeable of the area. The van was very comfortable and they were flexible to pick us up in one village (Torona) and drop us off in another city (Genoa) which really helped our travel logistics. We highly recommend.
