The program
- 10:00 You meet your teacher at your hotel reception in Florence. Guided walking along the town center to Centro Italiano at Piazza D’Azeglio
- Identification (how to introduce ourselves)
- Orientation (passive repetition of some terms and words with the goal of memorizing some key terms and becoming familiar with the sound)
- Interpretation (interacting and role playing with other participants and the teacher)The spirit of the course is to have fun while learning, with the only objective to spark the curiosity and familiarize students with Italian.
10:30 Beginning of the lesson called “How to Get By in an Italian Environment.” The didactic method used is the communicative approach, typical of the Indo-European languages. There will be three phases of one hour each:
- 13:00 Lunch with Tuscan specialties and wines at Restaurant La Cucina del Garga. During lunch, there will be linguistic games and role playing between the waiter and the participants
- 14:30 End of the activity
The price of the program includes: an expert Italian language teacher, an Italian language lesson and a Tuscan lunch with wine.
