The program:
- 10:00 Arrival at Terre di Pace farm with your own car
- 10:15 Short guided tour to the organic garden and collection of some ingredients
- 11:00 You work with the chef of the restaurant at a local menu for approximately two hours
- 13:00 You have a lunch served with the products of your work and the wines produced by the winery
- 14:30 End of the program
