The program:
- 9:00 Departure from your location by private Mercedes car or van and English-speaking driver
- 9:30 Visit a cheese making facility to see a demonstration of the making of Caciocavallo and smoked Ragusano cheeses at Corfilac
- 12:30 Lunch and visit Gulfi winery with Nero d’Avola wine tasting. Visit to the Old Water Mill
- 14:30 Guided visit to Noto – guided tour of historical center.
- 16:00 Reserved chocolate making demonstration in Modica-at Sicily’s oldest sweet shop Antica Dolceria Bonajuto
- 18:30 You are back to your location.
Day trip (09:00-18:30) includes: private air-conditioned Mercedes car or van, English-speaking driver and guide, lunch, cheese, wine, oil and chocolate tasting.
