- 10:30 Arrival in Modica, visit to Antica Dolceria Bonaiuto with tasting
- 11:30 Visit to the Antica Dolceria Rizza and tasting
- 13:00 Lunch at l’Oste del Borgo with a local menu and wine
- 15:30 Visit to Noto, Cathedral and Palazzo Ducezio
- 16:30 Coffe and pastry break at Caffè Sicilia in Noto
- 18:30 You are back to your hotel
