Morellino and the Maremma
A beautiful and wild area in South Tuscany
Maremma is one of the wildest and most beautiful regions of Tuscany. It’s a region of valleys covered with olive and Mediterranean maquis (evergreen) where horses and wild boar roam freely. It’s most famous wine, Morellino di Scansano, captures the colors, flavors, and imagination of the area.

The program:
- 9:00 Departure from your location by private Maercedes car or van and English-speaking driver
- 10:30 Guided tour and tasting at the winery Le Pupille
- 12:00 Visit of the medieval village of Capalbio
- 13:00 Tuscan lunch at Restaurant Antica Pinciana in Capalbio
- 15:00 Guided tour and tasting at the winery Tenuta Monteti
- 18:30 You are back to your location
Day trip (09:00-18:30) includes: private air-conditioned Mercedes car or van, English-speaking driver, lunch with a Tuscan menu and wine, visit and wine tasting in two wineries.
Simon, CanadaWe did the Barolo tour in March 2023. Driver Toni and guide Maria were really wonderful. They were on schedule and knowledgeable of the area. The van was very comfortable and they were flexible to pick us up in one village (Torona) and drop us off in another city (Genoa) which really helped our travel logistics. We highly recommend.
