The program
- 9:00 Departure from your location by private Mercedes car or van with English-speaking driver
- 10:15 Visit and cheese tasting at a farmhouse. There, you will experience a tour of the farm and the cowshed, a fiordilatte making process show, and taste the sweet and savoury cheeses and dairy products made by the cheese laboratory.
- 12:30 You arrive at Tenuta Amapola farm and home restaurant and you are welcomed by Giulia. With her, you will go through the lemon trees in the garden and get in touch with the history of the fruit. Then, you will go to the home restaurant, where you will attend a practical demonstration in the preparation of the famous liquor limoncello.
- 13:00 Giulia will prepare you a nice aperitif followed by a lunch menu of lemon-based recipes, such as lemon ravioli or tagliolini and lemon delicacy dessert. The lunch includes wine and water and taste of their extra virgin olive oil with homemade bread.
- 16:00 You are back to your location.
