• 9:00 Departure from your location by private Mercedes car or van with English-speaking driver
• 10:00 Guided tour of the castle of Gioia del Colle and its archaeological museum
• 13:00 Visit of the Polvanera winery with wine tasting and lunch at the farm with typical local products
• 14:00 Transfer to Alberobello, Unesco heritage, guided visit
• 14:45 Guided tour of Alberobello
• 18:30 You are back to your hotel
