- 8:30 Meet the fishing crew at the Camogli port and board the boat
- 9:00 Breakfast served on board as the boat heads out to sea
- 11:00 Participate in casting the nets and observe traditional Ligurian fishing techniques
- 13:00 Lunch on board prepared with the morning’s catch, paired with local wine
- 15:00 Leisurely coastal cruise between Portofino and the Abbey of Santa Restituta
- 17:00 Return to Camogli port
