Cooking program with guided shopping to the ancient Rialto food market
A Venetian menu, with fresh ingredients from the ancient market and prepared in an ancient building

The program:
- 10:30 You meet your personal Chef and take a look around the vibrant Rialto Market
- 11:00 You take a traghetto gondola across the Canal Grande to a typical Venetian palazzo about 15 minutes away. You work for a couple of hours under the direction of an English-speaking chef.
- 13:00 Lunch. When the food is ready you’ll enjoy your lunch paired with a local wine.
- 15:00 End of the program
