The program:
- 10:00 You meet your chef Maria at Caffè Converso, in Bra, a local favorite spot for coffee and pastries, to discuss the menu.
- 10:30 Brief shopping excursion to stock up on your menu ingredients.
- 11:00 2-hour cooking lesson at Maria’s home, with local recipes.
- 13:00 Lunch with the dishes you’ve prepared with wine from the Langhe region included
