Cheese in Chianti
In one of the most famous areas for wine production, the Chianti hills, sheep and goats are also bred, and produce some of the most delicious cheeses in the region. Both the geography and climate in this area favour the production of goat and sheep cheese. Young producers have made innovations to classical production methods, introducing new techniques in the curing and fermentation process. We will help you in discovering these wonderful products, and of course accompanying these cheeses will be marvellous local wines.

Carl and Diana, USAI want to thank you and your team for what my wife just described as “a perfect day”. Transport from our hotel and back was seamless. Your choice of wineries, historical sites and restaurant could not have been better, and the people we came in contact with made us feel like we were guests visiting and not just tourists.
