Day 1st
- 12:00 Arrival at the hotel Villa Moron in Negrar
- 14:00 Setting of the bikes and departure for a panoramic tour with an expert mountain bike guide. The itinerary, meandering through green hills and ancient fortified villages, includes a visit to the Romanic Pieve di San Giorgio, one of the most important monuments in the Verona area, and a visit to Monte Dall’Ora winery
- 18:00 You are back to the hotel
- 20:00 Dinner at Locanda 800, reachable by walk from the hotel
- Overnight at Villa Moron
Day 2nd
- 10:00 Departure for a panoramic tour with an expert mountain bike guide through the hilly environment of orchards, olive groves and vineyards
- 12:00 Arrival to the Tenuta Santa Maria Valverde, visit to the vineyard and light lunch
- 13:30 Departure for an itinerary that continues to follow the Valpolicella wine route
- 16:00 Visit to the Zymè winery
- 18:00 You are back to the hotel
- 20:00 Dinner at Locanda 800 with a different menu
