- 13:00 Lunch at Restaurant La Piola in Alba, a fine modern designed restaurant
- 14:30 A stroll in the fascinating medieval center of Alba, worldwide capital of the White Truffle. Extraordinary opportunities for wine and food shopping.
- 15.00 Visit Vietti winery in the Langhe area whit Barbera wine tasting
- 17:00 You are back to your location
