- 9:00 Departure by private Mercedes car or van with English-speaking driver
- 10:30 Guided visit to the winery Torrevento in Corato with wine tasting
- 13:00 Lunch at the Masseria Sei Carri, at the foot of Castel del Monte with a local menu and wine
- 15:00 Guided visit to Castel del Monte, a medieval octagonal castle, built by the Emperor Federico II of Sweden
- 17:00 Guided visit to the winery Rivera with wine tasting
- 18:30 You are back to your location
