The program:
- 8:30 Departure from your location in Florence by private Mercedes car or van with English-speaking driver
- 10.00 Arrival in San Giovanni d’Asso, starting of the truffle hunting with a finder and his dogs
- 12.30 You are back to San Giovanni d’Asso
- 12.45 Lunch with a truffle tasting menu at Osteria delle Crete: several appetizers with truffle, an homemade pasta plate (Tagliolini) with truffle, dessert and wine
- 14:15 Short walking in S. Giovanni d’Asso
- 16:30 You are back to your location in Florence
