A day with the goats of Chianti Classico
A day in a farm: goats breeding and cheese making exeprience, wine cellar visit, cheese and wine tasting

The program:
- 9:00 Departure from your location by private Mercedes car or van and English-speaking driver
- 10:00 Arrival at Apicorno, cheese and honey farm. Brief introduction to the farm and its history. Interactive demonstration of goat’s cheese making with practice explanation of two different tecniques, for fresh and aged goat cheese. During the demonstration, guests can experience the process with their own hands. After moving to the barn, you can meet the animals, with an explanation of goat-breeding methods
- 12:00 Transfer to the Buondonno winery for a visit to the cellar and guided tasting of the wines
- 13:00 Light lunch at the farm with Apicorno cheese and honey accompanied by wines from the Buondonno winery
- 16:30 You are back to your location
Day trip (09:00-16:30) includes: private air-conditioned Mercedes car or van, English-speaking driver, light lunch with wine, visit and wine tasting in a dairy and in a winery.
