- 10:00 You meet your guide at the hotel reception, an expert about local wine, cookery and chocolate
- 10:30 A glass of coffee, chocolate and milk at the historic bar where this drink was invented: ll Bicierin
- 11:00 The best town choccolate laboratories: Bottega Guido Gobino and Cioccolateria Croci
- 12:30 Sweet buffet lunch with local specialties at Cioccolateria Marino
- 15:00 Guided visit to Candifrutto, chocolate master, with guided tasting
- 17:00 You are back to your hotel
