Oil, Cheese and Wine in Chianti – Half day
This excursion begins in the heart of Chianti, where we’ll visit Olio Maggi, a small farm, family run that produces different monocultivar extravirgin olive olis. Here the olives are grown organically with great care of the enviroment and pressed in the family mill. We’ll keep driving on the Chianti hills to reach the Corzano e Paterno winery and cheese farm, specialized in the production of cheeses with traditional methods, using the milk from the farm’s sheep. You will also taste their excellent wines.

The program:
- 8:30 Departure from your location by private Mercedes car or van with English-speaking driver
- 9:30 Visit to the Olio Maggi oil cellar with oil tasting
- 11:00 Visit to the cheese laboratory in Corzano e Paterno and cheese tasting
- 12:00 Guided visit of the wine cellars in Corzano e Paterno and wine tasting
- 14:00 You are back to your location
Half-day excursion (09:00-14:00 and 14:00-19:00) includes: private air-conditioned Mercedes car or van, English-speaking driver, guided visits with wine, oil and cheese tasting.
