The program:
- 10:00 Departure from your location by private Mercedes car or van with English-speaking driver
- 11:00 Guided visit to Az. Agr. Agriplaya with wine tasting
- 12:30 Arrival at the winery Colline al Vento, guided visit and lunch with the wines produced by the farm
- Walk through the rows of the vineyard, with explanation of the production philosophy oriented towards the organic cultivation of Cannonau and Vermentino, recognition of some plants and shrubs typical of the Mediterranean scrub. Lunch in the shade of our carob tree. Lunch consists of a platter of typical products (pecorino cheese, sausage, bread and extra virgin olive oil and so on), a first course of malloreddus alla campidanese (a typical Sardinian pasta with sausage sauce), roast suckling pig and sheep, potatoes barbecue and typical Sardinian desserts as well as obviously our white and red wines and liqueurs, all organic.
- 16:00 A short walk along the beautiful beach at Villasimius
- 18:00 You are back to your location
Day trip (10:00-18:30) includes: private air-conditioned Mercedes car or van, English-speaking driver, lunch with a local menu and wine, visit and wine tasting in two wineries.
