- 10:00 Guided tour of Ostuni, including the Cathedral, the Bishop’s Palace and Loggia, the defensive walls and the Municipal Palace

12:00 Transfer to a local oil mill with visit and tasting

12:30 Visit of the oil mill and final tasting of extra virgin olive oil

13:30 Light lunch at the oil mill

15:00 Transfer to Locorotondo

16:00 Guided tour of the town, including the Romanesque Cathedral, the old historic center, known as the White City, the Column of St. Oronzo, the charming pedestrian scenic road that runs along the eastern perimeter of the old town
