- 10:00 You meet your guide at the hotel reception
- 10:30 You visit the laboratory of the Casa Marchetti, the operators explain the production process and guide the clients in tasting their best specialties. Duration 1 hour and half.
- 12:30 Lunch at Restaurant il Consorzio with a Piedmontese menu and wine
