A cooking lesson at the winery Buondonno or Setriolo in Chianti
A fine wine and cookery experience on the Chianti hills in the surroundings of Castellina in Chianti. Two little and high quality wine makers will put their wines and their kitchen at your disposal for a fantastic Tuscan cooking program.

The program
- 5:00pm Guided visit to the winery and wine tasting
- 6:00pm Under the direction of one of our English speaking chefs, you work at a full Tuscan menu
- 8:00pm Dinner with the products of your work and the wines produced by the winery.
You can choose one of the following menus:
A TUSCAN DINNER FOR FRIENDS
- Pappa al pomodoro or Panzanella (depending on the season)
- Tagliata di pollo all’aceto balsamico (chicken with balsamic vinegar)
- Seasonable vegetable side dish
- Panna cotta with sauce
- Wines from the winery, Castellina in Chianti
HAND-MADE PASTA
- Pasta fatta in casa: preparation of different kinds of pasta with and without eggs, cutting by hand and machine (spaghetti, taglierini, fettuccine, tagliatelle, etc.)
- Three typical Tuscan sauces: carrettiera, mushroom sauce *, and pesto
- Pears and chocolate Tart
- Wines from the winery, Castellina in Chianti
A MORE COMPLEX MENU
- Mezzelune con ricotta e spinaci
- Pollo alla cacciatora (chicken hunter's style)
- Mousse al cioccolato
